Ron Stowe, also known as “The VA Loan Expert”, is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with NewTowne Mortgage with over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry. Ron has been featured on the Real Estate Radio Network, Washington Football Team Radio Network, and KCBQ Radio San Diego with his mortgage industry knowledge and has been a mortgage industry speaker for Fleet and Family Services of Hampton Roads and Norfolk Navy Housing. In addition, Ron has also been a panel member for the Financial Towne Hall Meetings at the Fleet and Family Service Center of Norfolk, Urban League of Hampton Roads, Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) and he is recognized as a Virginia Housing “Hero” for volunteer hours to support Homebuyer Education for U.S. Service Members and their families.
Ron has degrees from both Old Dominion and Troy State Universities. He is a native of Key West Florida and is a veteran of the United States Navy after 21 years of both active and reserve Naval service.
